FORD MUSTANG   1968 in BLACKMANS BAY, Tasmania for sale

Ok where to start. Up for sale is my fully restored 1968 mustang. It would be easier to tell you what is not new than to say what is. Full Bare metal restore, this pain staking act of love took over two years and cost me over 86 thousand dollars. Baslac paint from BASF was proudly used on this job. In a FORD WINNING BLUE. the paint and body work was done by some of the best minds in the state. finished by SOUTHERN SMASH REPAIRS; thank you Jason and company for all the long hours and a great job. This car has over 1000 man hours . the 289, top loader 4 speed, 9 inch diff. all have been rebuilt in its history, new clutch, rebuilt calipers, brake shoes and new lines. Edelbrock intake manifold, Holly 4 barrel carby, new wires, coil, starter motor, radiator, battery, bumpers, chrome trim for the vehicle, rear valances is a GT. New door handles, petrol cap, new fluids diff ,gearbox, oil ,radiator, inside and under boot and bonnet were also painted in this Custom paint job. the interior boot and engine bay were painted black including the roof before the refit of interior was started. new radio bezel, headlight switch and window handles, window felts and rubbers, keyless entry remote alarm by Hobart car audio mp3 player by clarion. original ford exhaust manifold, very dear and hard to find . new suspention all around new lukey dual exhaust, American racing mags that suit the lowered frame, hurst Indy shifter. new dash, Original seats, instrument cluster and trim in black. I am sure there is much more and I have most of the receipts new rubbers between panels and even new bumper brackets and reverse lights. All parts supplied by EAST COAST MUSTANGS in Melbourne. new exhuast and suspention. A few from the U.S. this was a California car that was brought over for this project. This is a very regretful sale, but my life has changed a lot since this was started over 4 years ago. This car would be a great addition to a collector or for a true enthusiast. Would Easley feature in a hot rod magazine if that is your wish. Only serious buyers only as I will not test drive the car unless convinced of purchaser. Have lots of photos of job from start to finish. Please do not be fooled by other mustangs that look good on the net as close inspection will reveal flaws in the car . taking off all the paint and restoring it will cost most folks over 30 thousand dollars to be done right as many cars have many layers of paint.
